2002 F4i PART OUT
Posted by: Dblock55 - 08-10-2012, 07:39 PM - Forum: For Sale - Parts/Accessories - Replies (19)

Hey all,
As the title states Im parting out my 2002 F4i w/ 25k miles and a CLEAN TITLE. The motor let go on me (pretty sure rod bearing but not 100%) last week and decided I dont have the facilities or time to fix it. So this is a full blown part out. I wont post a price for every part on the bike because that would take forever, just shoot me an offer and if its fair its yours and if I want more ill counter-offer. If anyone wants to make an offer for the bike as a whole I will take that as well like I said its a good bike, just bad motor.
Few extra/important things. Vortex aluminum billet rearsets. Forks were just rebuilt. Have 3 sets of front brake rotors which are good. Two sets of Versah RJL front pads, both used 60%. Jardine Full System Titanium exhaust. Fairings are PVC plastic. Gas tank has a small dent in it. Speedo has actual mileage on it. Sprockets are -1 front +2 and are aluminum with a 520 chain, manual celtic racing cam chain tensioner I will be taking the motor apart if anyone wants any internals. ask for pictures of anything and I will get it for you.
I can ship anything, but it will be at your expense. I rather not ship huge things like the frame, but I will if I must enjoy!

 HELP! 04 636 FI problem
Posted by: 636stuntlife - 08-10-2012, 02:26 AM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (4)

bare with me.. just started having this problem today took my bike to a spot didnt drop it once but randomly started running like shit and died on me a few times. sometimes when its stuttering the fi will come on And if i dont bump the gas it usually dies and the fi light will stay solid. it seems like if my idle is above 6rpm it runs pretty smooth but if i take a sharp turn it starts studdering and 9 times outa 10 if i do a stoppie itll die when im up.. i thought maybe my tip sensor was messed up so i bypassed it but it has the same problem. Any suggestion???

 XDL T-Shirts
Posted by: thomas - 08-08-2012, 02:09 AM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (19)

ok so we got a sick huge screenprinting setup.

its ready to rock and roll, so we are going to be printing and warehousing all XDL, Stuntride, United Stacks and Horimana (tattoo artist) T-shirts.

with that being said, we are starting the pre orders for XDL Tees.. so here is the site.

http://xdlshop.bigcartel.com/ There is only 1 design on there as of right now, silver metallic on different color tees.. we most likely will NOT have these at Indy, so the fastest way to ensure that you get one is by ordering online.

advance orders save 20% automatically AND of course you get some XDL and Stuntride stickers

heres the blue version, visit the site to see black, white and cardinal.

new designs will be added as they are being setup to be printed, we already have about 5 designs in the pipes, but its going to be weeks for them all to be released... yes I will be posting a thread with a new stuntride shirt also... they are all going to be done in stages

My Piece Project
Posted by: PHOZE - 08-08-2012, 12:38 AM - Forum: Projects and Builds - Replies (16)

So I got this for a steal. Payed $2000 for it this past Friday. Only has 16k miles on it. I knew the two previous owners so I know it wasn't abuse and it's been sitting for over a year.

This is my other 636.

As of now I'm unsure of which to stunt out. I have pretty much everything except a cage as I'm unsure of what to go with. I have a tygershark on my f4i and love it but it's a different design for the 636, and it's broken 3 motor mounts on 3 different motors on my homies bike.

This will be a street piece stunter. Not sure of size of sprocket for it so any tip and input from ya streets killas is welcome. Also is any opinions on a scheme or whatever.

I'll update as I go.

Thanks.

Brembo vs Magura HB which should i go with?
Posted by: broham - 08-07-2012, 04:37 AM - Forum: Stunt Discussion - Replies (19)

So, I ordered an FTI kit that was supposed to come with a Magura 13mm master, but I was sent a Brembo master on accident. I spoke with Bill from FTI over the phone and he said I could send it back and he'd send the Magura, or I could keep the Brembo and he'd refund $85.

I really want to just install the HB and use the 85 bucks for more parts, but I've heard a lot of good things about Maguras

This is my first HB, so I'm not sure which master I want to go with.. Any advice?? Brembo or Magura??

(I don't know any specs of the Brembo, so I took some pics)
