My Piece Project - PHOZE - 08-08-2012

So I got this for a steal. Payed $2000 for it this past Friday. Only has 16k miles on it. I knew the two previous owners so I know it wasn't abuse and it's been sitting for over a year.

This is my other 636.

As of now I'm unsure of which to stunt out. I have pretty much everything except a cage as I'm unsure of what to go with. I have a tygershark on my f4i and love it but it's a different design for the 636, and it's broken 3 motor mounts on 3 different motors on my homies bike.

This will be a street piece stunter. Not sure of size of sprocket for it so any tip and input from ya streets killas is welcome. Also is any opinions on a scheme or whatever.

I'll update as I go.

Thanks.

Almost there. But rad mounts on frame are off. Fans bang into sensor and motor. Any ideas?

Rotate the cam sensor 90 degrees or so or add a spacer on bottom mount between bracket/motor but not too much or fairings will rub

I already rotated the sensor from when I first installed the rad cage. But I'll give the spacer a shot tomorrow.

Thanks. Yea I want to stay FF with this one. And there was absolutely nothing wrong with my stock frame. I just jumped on the steel frame bandwagon. Thought I was getting a good deal on something that has just turned out to be a headache.

A few more tweaks and It's golden. Took it for a test run for the first time after starting the built. Runs strong and can't even tell the difference in frame weight.

Thanks fellas. Yea I wanted to stay with something simple but neat and clean look. I'm not into them crazy neon colors that most are doing. Nothing against a them but it just not my thing. A few headaches and disappointments on the way but I guess the final results were worth it.
