To everyone who has supported My company BadassIndustriesllc I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys have made the last year of my life good not having to work for someone else! <br />
I would like to start by saying I'm sorry to the people who have had to wait a long period of time for there frames. I got way overwhelmed with frame orders from Nm riders and Black Friday sale and my promised times weren't even close to actual times some frames were received. I stand behind my work 100% and all frames have a no questions asked lifetime warranty, unless you run into the wall, even then will I help out.. If you have a problem with your frame please don't hesitate to give me a call 701-330-6772 so we can fix any issues you may have. I want everyone to be happy with there product!<br />
<br />
I have since fixed my time line for frames, all frames come with steering stops unless u don't want it and all frames have the coolant resivor bottle mounts along with recitifer and ground mounts as stock frames do.. You can ask for more radius turn or just stock. <br />
Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to either supplying you with a frame or just riding with you!<br />
<br />
Thank you all <br />
From the Badass Imdustries team

so, im back on the MX bikes...i scooped this 07 ktm450sx for pretty cheap and its very stock, and in good condition. i rode it about 15min after i got it home, and fuel starts leaking out the bottom of the carb. 2 weeks prior, my buddies 06 with very similar carb if not the exact same had a bog issue. his turned out to be a diaphram in the accelerator pump had rotted from sitting up with fuel. <br />
<br />
this got me to thinking, should i just burn about $50 and completely go thru my carb since mine seems like it would be a needle seat/float issue. and also,l i though maybe this was cause by the 10% ethanol in our tx fuels and sitting up.<br />
<br />
can this be resolved by running straight race gas (100+ octane) or is just a silly issue from sitting up and inevitable from age of the bike.

| Kawasaki stunt er6 - build up ! |

Hi guys,<br />
<br />
Below my new build, a kawasaki Er6 which i bought as a written off accident bike.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/399258_10151354043010921_1088523573_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<img src="http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/522712_10151357517785921_268329156_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Front end was completely fucked up.. but imo minor damage so let's take it !<br />
<br />
Fixed a new front end, a 2012 duke690 fork, rim, brakes etc. <img src="images/legacy/smilies/rockwoot.gif" border="0" alt="" title="YEAH" class="inlineimg" /><br />
<img src="http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/734768_10151383402470921_999302449_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<img src="http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/732_10151383402495921_1654771394_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Pushing out the ballhead (?) pen, this one needs to go into the KTM yoke.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/47625_10151383402550921_963197036_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<img src="http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/375354_10151383402515921_1995060757_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
The er6's is quite wide, actually u can slide it over the original from the KTM..<br />
so we have to make something up, specialist work that is.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/163328_10151395509555921_1426774624_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />

<br />
The rad and exhaust where pretty scratched up as well..<br />
So i had to replace the rad and i welded the exhaust.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/284982_10151389591300921_2143508649_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />

Ready for ridin'' <img src="images/legacy/smilies/rockwoot.gif" border="0" alt="" title="YEAH" class="inlineimg" /><img src="images/legacy/smilies/rockwoot.gif" border="0" alt="" title="YEAH" class="inlineimg" /><br />
<br />
<br />
in the meantime i found some sort of restriction on the gas cable ( dafuq ? )<br />
This bike had a milage of 40.000 km's ( 25.000 miles ) and i could only give like 25% throttle.. omf... ( the small gold looking screw was it )<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/867_10151400019075921_1959097355_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Ordered the crash cage out of France, as they are the only ones making stuff for a er6<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/23327_10151404248075921_1488157546_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />

<br />
The original springs of a er6 are made for small ladies, not for a 95kg weighing bloke like me.. so we had to change this as well, Hyperpro in Holland fixed me up with this + a steering damper <img src="images/legacy/smilies/wavey.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Hello" class="inlineimg" /><br />
<img src="https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/480032_10151413069420921_103535328_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />

Done <img src="images/legacy/smilies/rockwoot.gif" border="0" alt="" title="YEAH" class="inlineimg" /><br />
<br />
Next up : the exhaust, it's short and sits right under the engine.. didnt want to mod the rad so i wrapped it.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/582296_10151418390985921_2098019310_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />

Making a bracket for the steering end + my steering damper !<br />

<br />
Got some Alu squares to act like risers to lower the front end just a bit more, as the ktm duke fork is quite long.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/314207_10151419947435921_1544592877_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
After a heavy cursing round having broken off my brakepump.. installed a new one <br />
<img src="http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/23352_10151419947575921_919559171_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Bike so far, ashame of the cage though.. but eh.. not visible on the site at first glance.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/150036_10151419947355921_883034484_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Ordered some sprockets, 14 in front, 50 in the back.. not to light.<br />
<img src="https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/r270/263816_10151422418665921_1428535757_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
Rsc came in from Josh<br />

<br />
Aaaaaand yesterday i re-located the ''fan'' switch ( turning/alarm signals ) and the light switch... a solution for now, as i think i'm just gonne make 2 simple switches and hide them somewhere.<br />
<img src="http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/223482_10151488962060921_733770936_n.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
And that is that... just received my license plate for this bike.. so i know i don't have to put it up for technical inspection ( u never know here in belgium )<br />
next up will be chopping the ass, weld a round bar on it and a subcage/steps
