r6 engine
Posted by: Mati - 06-09-2013, 12:16 PM - Forum: Stunt Discussion - Replies (3)

I need to replace the engine in the 05 R6, if I want to buy the same bare engine 03-04 without injections etc will all fit if interspersed with other parts of the engine 05? Do I have to buy the whole engine 03 - 04, along with all the accessories?

 05 06 cage fit 03 04 636?
Posted by: aznxstazy - 06-09-2013, 05:28 AM - Forum: Stunt Discussion - Replies (3)

hey guys, wondering if the crash cage or race rails interchange between the two. The engines look similar, so I'm guessing maybe the front half of the frame is the same. Just the rear where the subframe is different.

thanks in advance.

 09 ZX6R Tail Saver
Posted by: KYD - 06-09-2013, 03:53 AM - Forum: Projects and Builds - Replies (8)

Built this for my buddy. Tails on these bikes seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Hardly any room to stand anymore and there tails are almost all 3 piece deals now so they snap easier. So i came up with this for him. Came out pretty good i think. Thought id share it.

My buddy in the Fabrication department who cut out the parts for me has a sense of humor lol.
Site death
Posted by: Buffalo - 06-09-2013, 12:06 AM - Forum: Site Suggestions and Questions - No Replies

Just assuming people are tire of everyone's "not so positive" outlook on here recently since this shit looks like stunt life. Last year everyone was on here posting killer videos and pumping each other to ride with pics and new style. Then I noticed more and more shit talk, "hate", and general lack of support from within the community. I would like to say that when I was learning and very proud I was smacked in the face with shit talk and probably the most pages on this site because of what was said in a video. Then after trying to show that I was a better rider than I was getting credit for I was then hated on for what was said when I was on my bike riding. Shit like this does not push people away from the sport, it pushed people away from the people within. This in turn affects everyone that has anything to do with stuntriding. I would not tell any of my friends to come on this site because of the stranglers that just never stop. Every person that should be on here taking advice and looking for ideas to make there setup better would see all the HHD and sick innovations stuff and constantly see what everyone is running and then they would invest in these company's rather than what they just see at the lot. All in all everyone on here that thinks they are just joking around and bull shitting.. You honestly are the reason this site is a fucking ghost town. Thankfully there are still good people in this lifestyle and you dont see to much of it on here. I would say that is a good choice on the business part because every broke ass stunter that has zipties holding their entire bike together will pick apart any microscopic defect in ANY product and scare people away from it. I would say the majority of the stuntride community is like a big media full or horrible opinions and negativity. I have seen a ton of people also doing the right but they only do it for the right person. I just wanted to voice my opinions and ask what everyone else thinks?

fuel pump issue but not a fuel pump issue...
Posted by: Timchi - 06-07-2013, 03:42 AM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (19)

pump will only prime after i flip the key between off and on about 7-8 times. thot it was the fuel pump so i tried a new one and it still does it. i hooked up a tester light to check the plug that connects to the fuel pump it does the same. only has pwr when i flip the key on and off about 7-8 times then the light flips off. when i do get it started it will stay running and i can hit the kill switch and kill the bike then flip the ks back and it will start as long as i DONT turn the key off. i know its not the fuel pump but a buddy of mine told me it could be the dial or resistor in the ignition for the key. is that correct or have any ideas and how to test it?
