I just picked up another fiddy for 100 bucks off a friend cause he says the motor isi blown or something and its sat for the last 2 years. So Im gonna see if i can get this motor running if i can. I cleaned the carb new gas new oil and i am kicking it over it has compression new spark plug but when i checked the oil it looks like gas is making its way to the crankcase and mixing with the oil. So what would cause this bad rings or a gasket? The motor has an 88 kit on it. So what should be my next step when taking it apart or do they make a cheap rebuild kit for this?

OK so after a new engine and some modifications I got my ofna nitro RC car running and it was sweet. However I found out the hard way that they don't float very well LOL bit I cleaned her out and got the motor running again. Problem now is that my servos are screwy. The throttle glitches like crazy and if I try to turn it closes the throttle on its own and stalls. Any ideas? The servos work fine independently but when both hooked up to the junction box the problem occurs. Is that the most likely culpret. Thanks in advance guys

My battery kept dying on me while at the lot... so i broke open the manual and followed the steps. 1st check battery= i checked it and battery is good. 2nd Check rectifier= while disconnecting, the white connector popped off easy, but the black one took some pliers. Once broke free i saw that the two leads had kinda fused together because it was all burnt and magled in there. <br />

I figured replace the stator coil, the rectifier, and the wire from the stator to the rectifier (I think its called the aleternator lead connector) but, the manual doesn't really touch on what to do, so I'd appreciate it if anyone has any insight on this... like What exactly caused this? or what does this mean, is there any other problems may come from this? and what all should i replace?

Hey, I need a stator coil, the lead that connects it to the rectifier ( i think its called the alternator lead connector), and a rectifier.

I took my bike in to get the throttle bodies synched and when I got it back they said one of the cylinders was 50lbs under pressure then the rest. How big of a deal is this and what kind of problems will it cause in the future? I'm planning on selling the bike in another 3 months anyway but until then what should I worry about or do to prevent anything from going wrong?<br />

also my exhaust tip was running between black and brown witch is a good color I guess people say but now its more of a white lighter brown which means its lean? how do I fix something like that?
