My battery kept dying on me while at the lot... so i broke open the manual and followed the steps. 1st check battery= i checked it and battery is good. 2nd Check rectifier= while disconnecting, the white connector popped off easy, but the black one took some pliers. Once broke free i saw that the two leads had kinda fused together because it was all burnt and magled in there.

I figured replace the stator coil, the rectifier, and the wire from the stator to the rectifier (I think its called the aleternator lead connector) but, the manual doesn't really touch on what to do, so I'd appreciate it if anyone has any insight on this... like What exactly caused this? or what does this mean, is there any other problems may come from this? and what all should i replace?

Replace the rectifier and the stator and you should be good. It's probably just the rectifier. I would just replace that first

I kept having problems out of mine... I cut the plug out between the stator and rect and soldered and heat shrink/taped the hell out of the three wires and never had any issues since.
