So I'm not one to judge anyone, but when I saw this, I was quite scary lol
Hopefully he doesn't kill himself... I thought it wasn't a good idea to get a brand new bike to stunt it out...

Idk how to embed...
2003 2004 03/04 Kawasaki Ninja Zx6R 636 Oil filter Cross reference
Posted by: ADBZ Matt - 09-21-2011, 03:07 PM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (7)

So I compiled a list of oil filters that will work for the 03/04 636 because I was sick of googling it, because the parts stores computers suck!

You can go to kawasaki and buy one or go to a local parts store and buy one from the below list:

Fram - PH6017A
HighFlow - hf 204
K&N - HP204
Wix - 51358
Purilator - ML16817

I titled it like I did for search engines... feel free to sticky it if you want
Feel free to paypal me the money you save!

Been looking at 450 hondas and Yamahas but the Polaris has popped up cheap

brand new clutch 636 clutch plates....still slipping or not disengaging!! HELPPP
Posted by: zucca636 - 09-21-2011, 05:34 AM - Forum: Help and How To - No Replies

i bought new clutch springs.. metal plates and friction plates for my 03 636...they are barnett plates. i installed everything exactly the way i took the old plates out. but when i got all done either the clutch was slipping again when riding or not completely disengaging when the lever is pulled in...i have a rsc and clutch arm mod done and its kinda hard to pull the clutch, i can still pull it with 1 finger but its still alot tougher than before...anybody dealt with this before?
