brand new clutch 636 clutch plates....still slipping or not disengaging!! HELPPP - zucca636 - 09-21-2011
i bought new clutch springs.. metal plates and friction plates for my 03 636...they are barnett plates. i installed everything exactly the way i took the old plates out. but when i got all done either the clutch was slipping again when riding or not completely disengaging when the lever is pulled in...i have a rsc and clutch arm mod done and its kinda hard to pull the clutch, i can still pull it with 1 finger but its still alot tougher than before...anybody dealt with this before?
