my brother and i have been building this 99 900rr for him and having some engine problems,.... heres what it does.<br />

-starts fine, quiet as a mouse on idle, motor sounds great on idle<br />
<br />
-when you start to rev it at all it makes a shittyass clacking noise from what sound like the head, also it wont rev past 1500 RPMS, it will just die out <br />
<br />
-its not the cam chain <br />

so what are some of the common problems that people are having wit the r6. i love my r6's. 03 &amp; 05. but rocking the 03 now since i picked it up. but sometimes it want to run like crap like studder and when i started on the 05 it wants to do the same thing. what are some common problems people are having. i'm thinking its the coil packs like people were talking about. but just didnt know. post up any/all problems and how you fixed it. thanks

I just put a new starter in the F4i and it is acting like it wants to turn over but wont. im not really sure where to even start looking for a fix. any ideas?
