Didn't feel like tearin down the 05 forks cuz eventually theyll be replaced by R6V ones so i got some vinyl off a buddy who runs a shop and wrapped um for now.<br />

So my build has finally begun. I decided against the 674cc motor due to it causing possible over heating issues. However I did have the transmission under cut and replace the rings and bearings. Basically I have a fresh motor.<br />
I am putting 09 race fairings on it with an 09 swing arm <br />
Right now I am working on getting the 09 arm to fit. At first I thought it was going to be a real paint in the ass with the steel frame but looks like it will be pretty easy. I put a RC51 swing arm on an f4i so I know I can do this. Once I get it mocked up every thing is going off to powder coat. I figured I would get away from black and green and decided to go with pearl white candy orange and black. <br />

Real Brembo 16x18 is a matte gray finish with 16x18 stamped in the top of the master by the pivot pin<br />

Frembo copys from china have a semi gloss olive green finish. there is a noticeable differance. Fake ones dont have the stamped size... and the bleeder is a 8mm-10mm the real ones are 11mm<br />

heard this morning that IL has lifted the concealed carry ban and has 180 days to come up with concealed carry laws to obtain a permit... can't wait... better start shopping for something smaller than my shotguns

So starting my build thread to make the switch from my 06 to an 03-04, traded my dirt bike for a clean title 9000 mile 636 wreck swapped the front end and swing arm and wheels from my 06 on it to it had it all put together just to find out the frame was bent... Mind you this was a &quot;straight&quot; frame that I got with the trade, so ordered a StunterX half frame and sent the swing arm subframe Ndc dcb and rear sprocket into powder coat <br />
