Na only reason we can talk about 50stunt parts is cause i work at an automotive shop... its only me and him in a private garage and yes its winter usually were slow but right now business is booming and we rolling through so i cant complain their...we were talking about just fab'ing a rear hand brake bracket...Lunch break whats that?? lol no time we eat maybe once a week on a good week

so your complaining that he doesnt have free time when you do. not trying to be a dick but thats not his problem that you cant call while your at work. he has a schedule to work just like you do. i know alot of people including my self that buy parts from him and never once had a bad problem. go pretend shit in the bathroom and make the call.

Its his fault you ordered the wrong parts?
Its his fault you can't make a call from work?(Yet you can show your boss the parts and he says you can modify them, but he won't let you call? seems odd)
Its his fault for not answering an email during the biggest holiday of the year?

Ryan is one of the best parts sellers out there his service is usually always on point last year I got a my order missed up becuase I got a asv leaver and a stock hb leaver he let me keep both and I talked to him plenty of times the guy is strait up give him a call up and dont be a dick just saying he is busy as hell from getting his new sponsorship bike from Aprilla making photos riding selling tons of 50stunt parts plus hes one fast shipper and plus its the Holidays just my 1cent

Well i guess lets start from the beginning..... "Not trying to bash hits parts or website hoping to get ryan to answer here cause his customer support dont.... sent email a week ago and still no response.... need to make a return or hopefully an exchange.. the order screw up was my fault and ill be the 1st to admit that but hopefully he CANT help me out" i noticed that i put cant... that should of stated can... 2nd i never once was shitting on him or calling him a bad guy.... i dont follow ryan moore as a stunter i only know him as the owner of 50stunt.... so for xmas i asked for the xr50 stage one stunt kit... which i received... i never stated that he sent me the wrong stuff or that his parts was not TOP NOTCH quality... 3rd J blox -"Ok. let me get this right? " I never said that it was his fault for the wrong parts i stated in my original post that it was mine and that i was hoping that he could help me out. which obviously he will by others who have dealt with him. I never said that i showed my boss the part... i described the part to him and he understood what i was talking about and said we could make it work that was the extent of the conversation about his part. we do talk while we are working on cars our bays are right next to each other... conversation does happen sorry not trying to be a dick I was bothered by not receiving an email after a week because i seen on his website that his email hours are 24/7 so i assumed he at least would check his email once a day and if couldn't answer the email with a correction for my situation at least answer with something stating that it was received and he needs to get back to me cause of the holiday season and that he is busy. 4th-whyteboy i never complained that he doesnt have free time when i do... that would be childish but the reasoning of our conflict that i cant call him is cause my boss pays he hourly so not for nothing he is not paying me to fix my problems.. i work 9-6 and ryan works 11-5... so an email is more convenient. 5th- the reason i posted this thread was because i seen that he is an active member so i was hoping it was another way to get him to respond thats why i went this way... i think his website parts are TOP QUALITY i would still recommend him to anyone looking for stunt parts for a 50/70/80 or 100cc pit bike. idk why everyone on this website just like stuntlife try and get so anger and so ready to bash pple thats not what i was trying to do by any means and i hope ryan reads this and see thats

Nobody is offended, they are just telling you that Ryan will take care of it and showing you why there is a delay. The holiday and YOU not calling. Ryan is well known around here, well liked, and a good business man so of course we will stick up for him.
