Not trying to bash hits parts or website hoping to get ryan to answer here cause his customer support dont.... sent email a week ago and still no response.... need to make a return or hopefully an exchange.. the order screw up was my fault and ill be the 1st to admit that but hopefully he cant help me out.........

Call him. His number is on the site. I fucked up and ordered the wrong throttle cable once and, when I found out my mistake, I called him. Ryan was super cool about it, he even shipped me the correct one that day to minimize my down time.

yea i'd love to but i dont have a free minute the hours of his operation are the hours i work so its hard to find a free minute cant really make personal calls at work ya know.... i showed my boss the parts i ordered and he said we can make them work i just dont wanna start cutting them and tapping shit

dont you get a lunch break? call then. ryan is a really chill guy, good business man, and wont screw you over. ive done a lot of business with him and its always been great on both sides.
also keep in mind that its Christmas and new years, a lot of places close down for that period (unfortunately not me, but a lot of other small businesses). you might just have to wait til after the holidays, or just try calling him today. it'll work out.
