I understand how this guy in the article felt, especially after losing his legs but it's unfortunate the way he handled it.

I read all about this shit. Fuckin awesome of the community.

I agree, hed be my hero too. Im serving right now, and every time I even here westboro I just get pissed. Shit sucks man, they just do the shit they do and get away with it. I lost my best friend last deployment, I know if theyd have showed up to his funeral id been knocking people out without a doubt. Im unsure how soldiers at the funerals keep cool at these protests. I say we just killem all, let god sort'em out!

We defend their right to protest but they should learn some respect. If it weren't for the US military we would all be living in a communist state where those protestors would be executed. I would volunteer to be the trigger man. If they showed up to a funeral I was attending of a fallen friend I would no doubt cause a scene. Bet that shit would be on CNN for sure!

Hardcore church goers are the worse judgmental people in the world. I fight with my aunt all the time because she is a bible thumping beotch. I would be willing to go protest against any of these "christians"!

Yessir. Props to them. I've heard quite a few things about them protected funerals from Westboro people.
