Im gathering a case in form of slander against my ass and was wondering if anybody has insight on the requirements of this.
basically i was told i stole money from a parts dist. and recovered a statement from my cc company stating the exact opp. So in the meanwhile he was going board to board callin me a scammer. Now since i closed my account with them, it took a while to get the statements but he went on a rampage. Just wondering if anybody has dealt with a case like this and advice would be great.
