\r\n \r\n Heres a good article. And fyi, libel is written, slander is spoken. Both are forms of Defamation. I\'d be careful about where and who you talk to about this with, if you are serious about pursuing a case. Also I hope you have all the evidence already printed out, saved, etc. You will also need to prove that you in some way suffered harm by the statements made. Ie, lost business, denied credit, etc.
