torn acl is also kind of common. bailing and landing wrong can cause your knee to twist.

Rotator cuffs and separated shoulders. Rolled ankles ( at least for me, in high top shoes)

Yeah, torn acl for sure. seathole needs to be big! I wear protective armor and kneepads, gloves with knuckle protection and skateshoes. I love falling off and feeling nothing in protective armor lol.

I always wear low skate shoes and when I first started I lost both my big toe nails from landing on the tip of my feet trying to stop myself. Pretty retarded. I need to get with some gear though. Fucked up both of my knees, ribs on the bars from mousetrapping, just typical shit, but nothing bad thank god lol. If it feels like its gonna hurt just bail, I rather work on my bike than be in the hospital for sure.

Isnt there a thread on riding shoes on here? Just tried to search on tapatalk but couldn't find it.
I need some. I just had a minor foot injury and not something I want again lol. Think rowdy posted his new kicks a while back.

i got the boots rowdy was talking about FLY M21's they're nice, just look like hi-tops/basketball runners but with the added protection, cheap enough too, i always wore skate shoes and hated proper riding boots but these m21 are sweet, nice and light..

Would those protect from the bike landing on our foot?
I've seen like 3 threads now where people get fucked up from that.

^^^ not much will save your foot when a cage mounted on a 500lbs bike falling from 2-4 feet slams your foot.
