Fixed the cracked gearing with a buddy, bike up and running again.. so up next :

Got the Foam Aleks sent me,

Glued it to the original seat and strapped it to let it dry:

Gonna make a steel frame for the hole

There, finished.



Stretched the leather and went crazy with the stapler again..



Might look a bit funky, but the edge is nice, quite huge and gives back support !
The room between the edge and the tank is a bit smaller now, so sitting on it makes it feel rather snug and tight.. sweeeet
