i was wondering the same. i know the fi cage is notorious for flexing and cracking the stator cover, thats an issue, but the frame/motor mount problem seems more like the bikes fault. any other cage ive seen mounts to the same spot.

got bored of seeing the bike in pieces today so i put it back together...i keep procrastinating on buying parts since i cant stand buying brand new shit when the parts sell on here for much less, but ive had little to zero luck finding anything i need used. thats why it doesnt look too different lol. at least i can take it for a rip whenever i want now. if i dont find any used parts soon it seems like ill be making a big order to sick innovations which is really gonna hurt the ole wallet

how my S is lookin lately

Damn I always wanted a 954 the silver and black or the red and black one. I like the stock look of it. Keeps it clean looking.

bike looks good... love 954's

just my experience with fi. had one break my motor mount on my 900. then i put one on my ez and totally mangled it without even a hard drop. only way to get it off was a saws-all. i would never buy another one. thats my experience anyway.
