That sounds like the radiator wasn't full when the bike was hot so it pulled the fluid in from the overflow bottle as it cooled.

This could be caused by air in the system or a leak.

Top off the radiator and the overflow bottle and see if it runs cooler now.

yea when i get back from florida I'll put some more in and give it another shot before I go deeper into the engine.....cause my homeboy said the samething about that my res. tank is empty so I'll fill it up again

yeah thats how I did it but I guess I didn't let it run long enough to pull the antifreeze threw

Today I ran the bike set at my idle 4500 with fans on not moving it, let sit there and ran both fans. It took it 10 mins to hit 220 without riding it
