Oh......the feds WILL be involved. You can count on that, unfortunately. Look at all the club owners in Cali that get busted down on a regular basis by the feds, and they follow all regulations AND pay proper taxes. Granted, Cali does produce 93% of the nations herb......so Cali is a hot spot. But watch.....Obama will have his henchmen doing work.

Never said they won't be but they shouldn't be... Think about how much tax revenew was lost from all those shut down dispensaries... And how much money was spent to shut them down...

I know its still illegal under federal law but if a state has voted it and can regulate it the federal government should let the state try and do so to see the outcome... There is just as many pros as cons with pot, if not more... LOL and tax revenue and debit are too big things to think about...

It's going to be a while before everything is in place, but we've been a medical mariajuna state since like 95... It's all cash the owners have to keep on hand them selves, banks won't work with them at all around here...

But don't be surprised if Colorado doesn't have the first coffee shop in America

Unfortunately, marijuana eradication IS part of Obamas agenda.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying pot is a horrible thing at all, but there is a federal law on it. States need to get together and demand it be changed, like alcohol. Law is law and you can't pick and choose which laws are to be enforced and which you can let go.

I know, just stating a personal opinion... I saw what the tax revenue did for my home town when medical marijuana blew up out here... Street lights got turned back on, DUIs went down and so did prices for my bags... LOL I see way more positives then negitives but I'm partially biased cause I do smoke... You know I still need another pipe... You getting behind the tourch anytime soon???

Needs to start somewhere, this was a first step... If it works like its supposed too. More states will follow and the federal government will need to realize what the people and states are slowly finding out... It's not that bad and actually has benefits... It will be legal in our life time... The sooner the better!
