It is very hard to prosecute something that is totally legal with no regulations, unlike medical licenses. It would be like pulling someone over in a "no helmet law" state for not wearing a helmet. No judge is going to touch it.

If the fed does not enforce the law then what's to stop another state from legalizing automatic weapons or slavery?
The helmet law is a state to state law, not a federal law.

Unfortunately, the DEA is going to have a field day in both those states for the next couple years. As shops start to open.....the DEA will be intercepting, and making examples of shop owners. It will be very similiar to what's been going on in Cali for years....

There is no reason for the feds to get envolved if is regulated and people are following the law...
