05 06 636 Big rotor adapters

Got mine today.
Everything packaged up nice and individually.




Test fitting everything and it looks like we are good to go..





Got the rotor bolted up to the adapter and tried to slide the adapter back onto the wheel...
Need to do some light filing to trim down the powdercoat cuz its giving me some trouble, but only on 2 of the 6 bolts...

Ill trim it down tomorrow and report back.

Glad everything got there! I'm surprised you're having issues with the fit, there's acres of space on my wheel so I never would have thought you would have issues. I guess that's what you get with cast parts

That's what I thought as well. This thing is tits bud. Good job. Wish I had the ability and capabilities you have to build things.

For you guys running a stock foot brake caliper, I think I'll be able to make an adapter to use them with the bigger rotors pretty easily. I ordered up some stainless to make it so hopefully it will work out. I'll let y'all know when I have them available!

are you trying this on your bracket or off a stock bracket?

His bracket is one off

Yeah, this is just going to be a plate you bolt the caliper to and then bolt to the bracket. It will have a 20mm offset so it should be able to work on any bracket that is designed for a stock 220mm rotor and adapt it for the new 260mm rotors.
