One thing you could try which even helped me on my f4i was putting the inside leg on the ground. With the 50 I imagine you'd have even more control. It helped me get the circles a lot tighter doing that too. As you practice start trying to lift your leg off the ground once you start getting a couple circles in a row. You'll eventually just leave it on the peg the whole time. As far as how far to extend your arms, I'd try whatever keeps your torso pretty much perpendicular to the ground. That'll be a good place to start. Make the circles look good and effortless later. One thing, what gear and speed are you working on with the sitdowns? With high pressure and goin pretty slow that thing should try to circle on its own. |
