now when you say counter stearing you mean what direction you are pointing the front wheel?

If you want to go right for example, you push right, meaning the wheel if pointing at the opposite way of you turn.

Keep your chest square with the bars. Don't let off, instead stick your inside foot out until you can find the sweet spot.

I kick my knees out to help with balance while circling .02

I remember really using my legs when first learning them on the 50. If you watch videos you'll see guys stick their whole leg out sometimes.

One thing you could try which even helped me on my f4i was putting the inside leg on the ground. With the 50 I imagine you'd have even more control. It helped me get the circles a lot tighter doing that too. As you practice start trying to lift your leg off the ground once you start getting a couple circles in a row. You'll eventually just leave it on the peg the whole time.

As far as how far to extend your arms, I'd try whatever keeps your torso pretty much perpendicular to the ground. That'll be a good place to start. Make the circles look good and effortless later.

One thing, what gear and speed are you working on with the sitdowns? With high pressure and goin pretty slow that thing should try to circle on its own.
