yes...the 03-04 fits really wierd but can go, but i think the 05-06 fits way better, but just run f4i shit, i had one laying around and ended up building an entire sub for it for the f4i. looked ok, but weird at the end of the day. dont do it

you should give it a whirl...SS is kinda cramped for a taller guy, but i love the bike overall, and stay tuned for graphics painted wheels, frame, swingarm, custom sprocket/chain, and painted motor

how did you like it????

i love it!
i am barely 5'8" and SS is gonna be cramped for a taller guy, but it's nice for me. the tank is the worst part, but i knocked mine out in 4hrs. it has more power, and is smooth as glass, not "twitchy" like everyone says (2003 model), but then again its not an 07-present either. i cannot compare it to a 636 since i've never rode one. it's much lighter and easier to whip around, drifts like a beast! and if i was worth more than 200ft, in the stoppie club (which I WILL soon) it would rule also. i do have an 06 frontend with 1000rr (+10mm) rotors and a 1000rr front master. should've came to NLB BBQ, you could've rode it...
