It's thin metal sheet. I just drew it roughly on the sheet and started to cut carefully on it's shape... I didn't want any visible mounting bolts on it, so the licence plate holder is bolted through undertray and there's a bracket in the subframe behind the licence plate holder where the holder mounts in. Rear peg brackets in subframe comes through undertray and the subcage locks undertray between the subframe and subcage.

What oil you have now? I had 10w in and the forks bottomed out. Now i have 20w and its tits. Preload to the max and moves like 3cm while jumping on it

I haven't changed fork oils, I assume it's got stock 10w oils in (2005 with 22 000km)... Unfortunatelly this newer model hasn't got any suspension adjustments afaik, and I didn't found any by quick glance...

This bike was crashed when I bought it, I just figured that it would be good to check that either one of fork springs hasn't broken in crash (it was flipped on both sides, no visible damages on front though)... At the same time I'll put some thicker oils in, maybe some washers too?

Put atleast 15w, check the springs and put new seals or washer or whatever the little rubber thingys are called lol That should do the trick i think

There was water inside the fork: oil was brownish/greyish, when another fork's oil was redish.

I put new 15w oils in and overfilled about 0,1dl - now the front end feels as it should be

Forks were quite sloppy after oil change so I made ~10mm longer sleeves inside the forks (replacing the originals), on top of the springs. Now the front end feels good.

I haven't painted the tail and I've been riding without the rear fairing - bike looks quite rough but it's very workable.

I'm still learning the foot brake and balance point - I can usually slow it down littlebit but then I hit the brake too hard...

There's no back seat in the pics - I haven't done hole in it so I use it only for street riding.
