f4i charging/harness question

so i bought an f4i been riding it for a couple months now but i dropped my light and pulled a wire out of my harness somewhere while working on it....i have no idea where it runs to and i need help bc now my battery won't stay charged while im riding...get a good lot session in and by the midway point im push starting my bike.

in the harness there is a clear boot, on the left side of the bike under the tank. inside the boot is a green clip


green clip/plug with (green with a white stripe wire, and solid green wire)


that wire runs to this....(NOTHING.)



please excuse the shitty pics, i have a crappy boost mobile phone...

if anyone has the tank off of their f4i could someone PLEASE take pictures and tell me where this wire has pulled from...i have checked, rectifier and stator but its really hard to tell because my harness has electrical tape and splices here and there.
