\r\n \r\n yeah that has nothing to do with your charging system. get a volt meter and see how many volts you got coming back to it just running then rev it up to 5000 rpm see what you got. should have 13-14.6\r\n

\r\n \r\n Could be something with your front harness? Did you do anything else when you took the headlight off? Id check that harness area and see if you didnt snag something.\r\n

\r\n \r\n its sketchys old bike...bought it without headlight, taillight, ext. only thing i have done is swap the front end and paint it....havent touched the wiring and it worked fine when i first got it...also the battery is BRAND NEW only road the lot 1 time with it.\r\n

\r\n \r\n thats just the kickstand switch wire, should be jumped if you dont have a kickstand on the bike.\r\n
