My airbox from Performance & Perfection has only one layer on it. You get the right product, u dont have to build a 15lb clubhouse out of your airbox

yeah I was worried about that, I think I'm gonna try and order 1 roll of the 30' tape and go from there. The 30' one runs for about $50

you shouldn't have to order it.
they should carry that stuff at most auto parts stores.
unless you live in a small town.
the advanced auto by my house has it.
its a pretty common part now along with header wrap.

I already have the dcp cage w r6 fan on my f4i, it is an awesome product and works amazing. I used to run up to 260+ all the time. Now it stays below 200 even in burnouts. Mine is set up both fans together w 20 amp fuse and a switch to keep em both on. I also did the clr flush before installing dcp cage n fans. I just did my extra air box w the home depot tape. I will swap boxes and report back if I notice any dif. I went 3-4 layers on bottom and 2-3 layers on the top.
