\r\n \r\n you can detect stamping very easily! where the numbers are stamped into a frame neck, they are pressed into a slightly rounded bar that raises out of the frame a bit, i had some jag trade me a race bike f4i (which had a clean title) and a pile of parts from racing, for my crf450. he threw in a f4i frame which he said was a oem blank, with no vin, it was dark out and i just glanced at it and looked legit, next morning i took a closer look and you can tell somebody welded the numbers and ground them down (although they did a really good job) i called him up and told him to come get his bogus shit out of my garage....blows my mind how racers always point fingers at stunt riders for that shit, YET RACERS ARE THE ONES WHO ORIGINATED IT!\r\n

\r\n This is alot of bullshit to go through for no reason, noone is going to be selling a aftermarket frame that comes with a title you can register without an inspection. 99% of stunt bikes wont pass inspection so it would be pointless. You can take the Twite frame to dmv with a clean or salvage title in fl have it inspected and they will issue you a new vin sticker and assembeled from parts title. The only problem is the bike has to be street legal, all oem safety requirements. The only thing stamping the Twite frames would show is proof of ownership.\r\n

\r\n not every sate has to be inspected to be registered here in pa you go to a notery sign the title over in your name and get tags at the same time without them ever seein the bike or car that the title is for\r\n

\r\n \r\n its just a piece of mind knowin you have the title to your property so it cuts down on any hassle from any law enforcement\r\n
