\nnow there is a little more to it than that but thats the quick explanation , if all the parts except the frame are off a bike that was already registered in your name it\'s pretty straight forward but if lets say your motor is out of a different bike then it gets complicated ..\r\n

if the steel frame has a manufacturing # the bike will need to be inspected and you will get a new title , if the frame doesnt come with a manufacturing # you will get it inspected and it will be titled as a built from parts bike ..Quote:

I hear the stories about FL, but that doesnt happen where I live. Bikes get stamped all the time here, at dealers or little bikes shops.
