\r\n \r\n You need a story man... you need to justify your actions. It\'s too late now, but in the future... you need to file a report right away. Not press charges necessarily but file a report. As of right now, you might have to go hire a lawyer. If you don\'t have the funds dude, I\'d really consider going and getting a signature loan from somewhere to pay for it. If you talk to a lawyer... and I mean AT THE VERY LEAST just go and talk to them you can usually work something out.

\nIf you were on probation already, and have a record I really don\'t recommend you fight this by yourself without some sort of guidance. Might want to try and find a lawyer forum (just like stuntride) and see if you can\'t join their forum and ask this question.\r\n

Thats the point i was trying to get across with my post... but he seems to be set on not getting one and pretty much the only other thing to do is man up and go to jail...\r\n

\r\n \r\n the question you have to ask is what is the likelyhood that they will actually show up to court to testify against you. in my experience its not real likely. if the witnesses dont show they have no case and you will be found not guilty at trial. if they do show youre probably going to be convicted because you are in fact guilty..\r\n
