Those are bore sizes, these masters do not allow bore changes, they only let you change the pivot distance..

Changing the pivot does change the feel, so that is what these master already do...

I use the rcs 19 for my front brake. its tits. Thought about using it to try a 8 piston but it was a lot of work to swap all the shit around.

the only way i found a rcs 16 and was clutch side...the lever looked bent different so i went away, but they are the same bend

the rcs 15 is great on a 4 piston. i like it but its a tad squishier than a 16x18 but not like a magura 13. the rcs 15 does 15x18, and 15x20, and the rcs 16 does 16x16, and 16x18
