\r\n \r\n If I hit any dirt it will be because the track I go to has a dirt section
\r\n
\r\nI get most of my info suggestions from a local buddy that races SM. Here are some of the post he made when I asked about the tires...
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nWith the SM tires, I raced an entire season, racing the Eastern US and Canadian Supermoto series, plus teaching/riding at a nearby US track and won a national championship on 5 tires(not 5 sets) 2 fronts, 3 rears.
\r\n
\r\nThis was on the bridgestone,, the dunlop is a better, more durable tire as well.
\r\n
\r\nthe grooving is not for loose surface tration, it\'s actually to generate heat on the asphalt for grip.
\r\n
\r\nThe grooving makes the rubber move, causing friction, friction=heat.
\r\n
\r\nyou will have more traction than you expect with slicks on dirt.
\r\n
\r\nthere is enough traction to flip over that bike from a standing start
\r\n
\r\nyou won\'t need to do it with the dunlops.
\r\n
\r\nMy tire groove tool was used about 5 times for riding in cold weather.\r\n

\r\n \r\n things looks amazing, you deff gotta try out the dirt riding on slicks its a blast. im same way as righteous i love the sideways slidin on dirt but i dont hit dirt very often im mainly on streets or in the lot. i would absolutely love to ride on one of those tracks overseas that are all made of concrete with doubles and tables and triples n shit built right in, thatd be so nasty\r\n
