just take your 60fps footage and dump it into a 24 or 30 fps timeline... then learn about speed changes and time remapping...
cams that records 1k fps are sick but be ready to invest 100k for one...
some of the xdl stuff shot last years was 60fps because it was 720p... currently there is no standard for 60fps in 1080 60p...
i will tell you if you take your 60fps stuff and drop it into a 24 timeline and increase the speed to 213% it will play regular speed...
