\r\n \r\n there really is nothing to resolve..here are some cliff notes.

\n-told the guy i MIGHT need these parts that totalled 331
\n-gave him my info and said ill get back to to let you know if i want you to charge my card
\n-meanwhile went to get a tat with that same card and it was declined cause i reached my limit, i got confused and put a freeze and dispute on my card, money was returned.
\n-found out he had sent the order through without me knowin, no biggie
\n-so when the parts came i sen them back asap, my card got charged, but he sent a personal check for 331 to me
\n-now since they charged me 331 caused i canceled the dispute, i just used that check to clear that debt.

\n..so, he got his parts back, capitalone charged me anyway, but his check cleared, paid my debt...thought all was good.

\n...now hes claiming capitalone never refunded him back, but i still got charged 331..so where did the money go???...

\n..called them last week and got a statement proving they charged me so that has to mean he got 331, so when i cashed the checked..it was suppose to even out.

\nwhole bunch of bs happened, but i never pocketed money, he got his parts back, and i thought we where clear..
