\r\n \r\n After working solely on GearFest I noticed a lot of stress to handle. I really needed help and I made Mark well aware of this but he just kept telling me to do the best I can. I told him there is NO WAY we could do all of the show by ourselves�So I mentioned that fact that my father sets up my shows in Ohio and would love to help with the show. He agreed on a very large amount to pay my father and his crew to shut down my dads business for about 7 days and come help. At this point I was feeling really good about funds. I did mention to Mark that the motorcycle industry is taking a hit just like the economy and that first time shows do not make money. He was aware of this due to the fact of having a hard time selling sponsorships. So again, I felt we were straight with this. I also asked him several times about having a nice cushion of funds be ready on Saturday of the event so that I can stuff the envelopes and make it easy come Sunday with talent and riders need to collect. I also mentioned that everyone likes to get trophies or plaques. He said to order them. So I ordered plaques, trophies, and Big Checks.

\n Now as we were getting closer to the show I was at the Fairgrounds every week for about 4 hours a day�A ton of work! I was at every meeting with the board at the fairgrounds. I never missed one meeting�But I cant say that for Mark. I understood that he was running another business but at this time I was getting upset. I wasn�t the final decision maker on dollar amounts to the fairgrounds. I sat through a few meetings that let me aware of the first deposit was made on time, the second deposit was made on time (somewhere around $23,000.00) and everything was moving in a forward directions�They asked for Insurance proof�I told them I will ask Mark�So every time he missed those meetings, it was note taking for me and a ton more work.

\n To get to the end of this�Monday before the show, NO SHOW by Mark?? Tuesday; again, NO SHOW, just phone calls. We had a 10 am meeting with the fairgrounds and he wasn�t there yet at 10:15, so Radical Randy was calling me on my cell, I was a mess, he offered me to come and sit in the meeting. I said YES PLEASE!!! So this is where Radical Randy was pulled in to do more than just m/c the show. Randy was starting to get stressed at this point. He noticed Drew (GF sales Rep) and I both mouth�s drop with added fees that were brought on at only 3 days before show time! Mark really needed to be here to help us!! A good friend came to bat and basically starting helping me that night. She made a HUGE difference but did mention; �Why the hell didn�t Mark take a vacation this week from his job to help you??� So here we are staying at the fairgrounds until 10 pm, going home up til 4 am, then getting back to the grounds at 8 am!!!!! So I finally went off and told Mark, get your butt here!

\n As of Saturday morning I was telling Mark, �I really need you to go to the bank by noon today and get funds out so that we can get these envelopes stuffed and ready to go for Sunday.� We had a nice schedule for the BMX riders to have a great last show, then a ceremony with a bikini contest that would lead into all of the awards from Tattoo, bike show, to the MAIN EVENT: Stunt Riders getting their BIKE and BIG CHECKS, and Plaques. He agrees, leaves the grounds, then I get word at 11ish he was over at Barneys trying to collect a final check�I called him, Mark get to the bank ASAP!!!!! We all know that there are NO BANKS OPEN ON SUNDAY!!!!! Came back, didn�t give me nothing?? Then the bands started asking�I started in on him�He wouldn�t go out and tell Kent or any of them anything? I had no answers either. Then I asked wtf is going on?? He said he didn�t get with the Bank because there is a bank right here at the grounds. He told me that we were meeting with them at 1:00 pm the next day so calm down�That is what I went out and told the band�Again, I thought Mark had the funds still at this point?\r\n
