I need some help with my suspension settings. For the RR specifically. Searched some threads so got some good info on rear settings but the front is a problem. The stoppies just dont want to come up quickly. It feels like the front compresses and then all that happens is it brakes really good. Preload is set to around mid setting and rebound also to around mid. All was set to full hard when I got the bike and all I got then was tyre smoke from locking up.

change the fluid first, fresh 10 w.. compression pretty soft, rebound pretty hard. preload is ride height..
