That's pretty much where I start too. Making the air gap smaller, by adding the extra fluid, is like having stiffer springs with out having to re valve.
As far as the other settings, I like the rebound as slow as possible. I like my compression just fast enough to not dive so fast that it shocks the tire. I set my preload just stiff enough so it doesn't speed up the rebound.
15w Really? I use 10w with stock level and my shit is alway stiff. I could not imagin 15w and 10cc more. Might as well have a solid suspention lol
