Yes this is correct I was referring to the clutch lever in relation to the brake lever (inside or outside of the brake lever), but of you relate it to the bike then it would be opposite. So hopefully to be less confusing, long lever would have the clutch closer to the fork, short lever would have the brake closer to the fork. Both ways would position the end of the lever close to the same place, but the long lever would start from the right side of the brake and give more leverage and throw at the point where your finger is. And if anyone needs more than one finger to operate an RSC there must be something wrong! lol (I always remove the spring at the clutch arm on the motor as well for even easier pull)
