I am thinking this is my problem....I am just gonna keep feeding her oil for the time being and try to narrow down the black smoke (fuel) issue. Another possible factor is that I just moved from a high altitude, warm and dry climate to a sea level, extremely humid and cold climate. I have been running Rotella T6 full synthetic 5w-40....idk if I should change it up for the different climate or not. Also do you think the octane levels could play a factor at such a low alititude?

Now for the fuel, I always ran 93 since the factory tune is for 91 and these motors are such high compression once you start putting good load on them depending on the environment at the time it is not hard/difficult/unheard of for it to cause pre-detonation as you are approaching the top of the compression stroke. Octane is what's added to fuel to prevent pre-detonation, it raises the flash point. Flashpoint is the temperature which the fuel ignites, the more octane the higher that is. The higher the compression the higher the temperature in the combustion chamber, high compression motors need for a higher octane fuel to have efficient burn and combustion is greater. Not like you needed to know that but fuck it you do now. But predetonation can burn up plugs and in some cases even melt them. Not saying it's your issue but could be or could be contributing. Check the plugs, anything delivering spark or fuel. The altitude change you went from thin air to thick air so fuel mixture should have leaned out while the ECU compensates. Check your plugs hey will rell you if you've been running rich or lean. If you were predetonating though you would more than likely notice the noise coming from the motor sound similar to marbles or something loose in the head. Altitude definitely affects A/F ratio thought I don't think in your scenario it would cause the black smoke, I could be wrong though. Plugs appearance will tell you a lot about how the bike is running since you are uncertain.
