0304 636 mystery bolt thread?

Ok so I have been slowly losing oil level on my 636 this past week so I started looking for the leaky gasket ect. It seems I might be losing oil through a bolt hole that has no bolt in it...It's the one that is located directly behind the oil drain bolt...anyone know if I am supposed to have a bolt in there
 stupid question I know
