Forks were quite sloppy after oil change so I made ~10mm longer sleeves inside the forks (replacing the originals), on top of the springs. Now the front end feels good.
I haven't painted the tail and I've been riding without the rear fairing - bike looks quite rough but it's very workable.
Here's two pics from yesterday, first time I practiced when raining - it was very slippery:


I'm still learning the foot brake and balance point - I can usually slow it down littlebit but then I hit the brake too hard...
There's no back seat in the pics - I haven't done hole in it so I use it only for street riding.
