I hate when people stick their leg out to get the bike to circle. Just looks sloppy. I fought with sitdown circles for a few days before they clicked. I found it helped a TON to keep the front just a little higher than it felt like I needed. I'd lean back and keep the bars close to my chest. If the front drops too low, you'll end up losing the circle (and horse-shoeing out). Also, use your body weight to your advantage.
