OK, after some research, it looks like my exhaust valve servo has stripped gears
BUT, it also looks like the valve is OPEN by default so that shouldn't be causing my problem anyway.
What the heck would be causing it to run like this?
EDIT: One other thing, the oil light is coming on. It had oil when I took the motor out and it doesn't look like any leaked out while it was sitting. I'm also pretty sure I saw some in the window. I'll have to check for sure tomorrow... I'm going to change the oil and filter anyway, but I need to warm it up first.
