now, here's one of the many problems with the 600rr...the tank is metal with a plastic cover

here's my start at assessing the situation...

BTW, the riding position is too far back, low, and no lip.

answer: fiberglass



i layered over foil so it wouldn't stick. then, got some structure going, and
built it up. i used an old waterhose and tape to hold it in place and buried it with resin and mat. this is so far, and far from over....stay tuned.
