why wont my f4i start

\r\n \r\n alright heres an update. took fuel pump off and everything looks fine with wires. i put a volt meter where it connects to the harness and got voltage. then five minutes later i did the same thing and got no power to the fuel pump. the fuck? and relays are fine as well\r\n
