the idea is to deflect, if you overlap and use too much it will start to hold in the heat once it's heat soaked.

right...rough math: airbox bout a foot by a foot so call it 5-7 pieces for top and bottom, plus sides, front and back...bout 15 linear feet.

stuff looks stiff so i'd imagine it'd be pretty easy to put it next to itself withgout overlapping.

i, too, will be doing the gold bond method of keeping sweat out of my airbox over the winter
