I'm keen to setup my pitbike with rear disk brakes with a handbrake, without paying outta my ass for these superbike conversion kits that go onto the master cylinder. I was wondering, would a scooter/quad rear hand brake system not work just fine? Otherwise a front brake system with an extended brake line, with the lever/cylinder upside down on the left side of the handlebars.
Any ideas appreciated
Thanx
I would try a cable to move the rear brake pedal. You could rig a mount to hold it. It might work? hydraulic gets expensive quick. a junction style handbrake should work plenty good on a pitbike also, you need a real small master, like a 12mm.
