Fuel Leaking from Charcoal Canister F4I
#1
Okay so while dealing with another problem with the F4I, I decided to lay it on its side in order to remove the case cover without losing oil.

Well when I did I ended up losing damn near all my fuel as it started flowing out of my charcoal canister..........

Any suggestions????

i dont think it should be leaking outa the charcoal canister but more than likely your fuel overflow line from the tank

Yeah, I rode with Manny once. He's pretty shy, I believe he just moved here? Pretty cool guy though.

Bones just go to Chevy's house and get his Kawi and leave him the F4i. Problem solved

when u lay the bike on its side if the tank is near full ,fuel will run out of th vent which is routed to the charcoal canister . so this is normal the charcol canister is not needed its only on california models.but if the canister is full of fuel it could cause a rich condition.it is routed back up to the throttle bodies
